1. Warranty Policy

1.1 Seasons Concepts provides a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of

purchase on all eligible products.

1.2 This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only, under

normal residential use.

1.3 The following items are excluded from warranty coverage and are classified as fragile

goods:

Stone products

Glass products

1.4 The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Scratches, dents, chips, cracks, discoloration, or fading

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, improper installation, or

inadequate maintenance

Damage caused by exposure to moisture, heat, sunlight, chemicals, or outdoor

conditions unless the product is specifically designed for outdoor use

Accidental damage, impact damage, or breakage

Repairs, alterations, or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties

1.5 A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt issued by Seasons Concepts) is required for

all warranty claims.

1.6 At its sole discretion, Seasons Concepts reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a

partial credit for any approved warranty claim. Cash refunds will not be issued for warranty

claims.

1.7 This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

2.1 Returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be made within ten (10) days from the date

of purchase.

2.2 This policy applies only to:

Non-fragile items

Non-custom-produced items Products that are unused, unassembled, and returned in their original condition and

packaging

2.3 The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

Fragile goods, including stone and glass products

Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order items

Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery or collection

Clearance or sale items, unless otherwise stated in writing by Seasons Concepts

2.4 All returns are subject to inspection by Seasons Concepts. Items that do not meet return

conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at the company’s discretion.

2.5 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment or issued as

store credit, at the discretion of Seasons Concepts.

2.6 Delivery fees, installation charges, and handling costs are non-refundable.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

3.1 Custom-produced items are manufactured according to customer specifications and

cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced.

3.2 Minor variations in color, grain, texture, finish, or dimensions are considered natural

characteristics of materials and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

4. Damage Upon Delivery

4.1 Customers must inspect all items at the time of delivery or collection.

4.2 Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported to Seasons Concepts within 48

hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence.

4.3 Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Seasons Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential

damages, including loss of use, loss of profit, or property damage.

5.2 The maximum liability of Seasons Concepts shall not exceed the original purchase

price of the product in question.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws

of the jurisdiction in which Seasons Concepts operates.
